Both my daughters draw me pictures every day, especially my five year old - Isobel. But today she secretively made a banner for me and presented it to me this evening! I never get bored of her scrawlings and she always writes my name somewhere on everything she creates. Quite often when I pick her up from school she stuffs a small handmade envelope into my hand, inside is a note saying "I love you Mummy, love from Isobel". I cannot put into words how this makes me feel, all I can say is that a smile appears on my face every time I am given something and a warm, happy, fuzzy feeling flutters up my chest! :-)
Oh, and do not be fooled by the 'butter-wouldn't-melt' appearance on my youngest daughters face, she is an incredibly naughty, going-on-18, chat backing little madam! And I love everything about her, and my eldest daughter!!
