So today is the first day of me working to get my body back into shape and much needed strength back. Whenever I do something physical like walking I get really tired but this I think is due to my body having to work so hard, it needs to be strong in the first place to endure simple tasks like walking.
It will probably be tough to begin with and I will no doubt be quite tired until I can build up some stamina but it will be so worth it in the end!! My worst fear is that the pain will get too much and I will have to stop so fingers crossed that doesn't happen!! The best result will be having a body fitter than it ever was and with some lovely tone and definition, oh, and my bum being firmly back where it should be!
